What should I send?

Send product or reference photo, quantity, sizes, materials, colors, branding, packing, destination, and target date. Use the saddle pad RFQ checklist.

What is the MOQ?

The MOQ is 50 pieces per color. Confirm the product mix and ordering unit on the quote. See Sample & MOQ.

Are samples and private label available?

Samples are not free; the customer pays the sample cost and shipping. Custom-logo sample lead time is 7 days. Labels, hang tags, barcodes, polybags, and carton marks can be planned. See our private-label overview.

What are lead times and terms?

Bulk production is about 30 days (counted from receipt of deposit) after approval, deposit, and confirmed specification. Typical payment is 30% deposit and 70% against shipping documents. Default export ports are FOB Tianjin or FOB Shanghai.
