What should I send for a quote?
Send enough for a clear RFQ:
- Product type or product / shop link, or a reference photo
- Quantity per style and color
- Size / shape notes
- Materials and colors
- Branding (logo file, embroidery, patch, labels, hang tags)
- Packing and carton-mark needs
- Destination country and target date

What is the MOQ?
Many standard saddle pads use a baseline MOQ of 50 per style / color. Confirm on the quotation—some pages state MOQ per total order; branding and materials can change the minimum.
Embroidery, leather patches, special fabrics, or full private-label packing may need a higher MOQ. Mixed SKUs can be discussed for wholesale programs.

Can I get samples before bulk?
Yes. Sample discussion is recommended for OEM and private-label work. Typical sample preparation is about one week; sample freight is agreed separately. Confirm cost and timing on the quote.

What are typical lead times?

Custom work and busy seasons can take longer. Ready-to-ship options, when available, are listed under products / shop.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. Logo labels, washing labels, hang tags, barcodes, polybags, and carton marks can be planned for qualified wholesale orders. Artwork and trademark rights are the buyer’s responsibility.

How does payment work?
Typical terms on product pages: 30% deposit, 70% against shipping documents. Exact terms are on the PI. Bank details appear only on the official Cornovo Saddlery PI after order confirmation—verify before transfer.
Which ports do you ship from?
Default export ports: FOB Tianjin or FOB Shanghai, China. Other Incoterms and air / rail / courier for samples can be discussed and must be written into the quote.
Buyer usually arranges freight under FOB. Destination duties and clearance are buyer responsibility.
Who is a good fit?
Importers, distributors, retailers, tack shops, and marketplace sellers with wholesale or repeat-order plans. One-off retail consumer orders are not the focus.
