Wholesale Terms (Summary)
Short B2B terms for orders with Cornovo Saddlery. Full commercial details are on each quotation, proforma invoice (PI), and purchase order. Where this page and a signed order conflict, the order / PI controls.

Quotations
- Quotes are based on the brief you send (style, materials, sizes, colors, branding, packing, quantity, destination).
- Prices, MOQ, lead time, and Incoterms are valid for the period stated on the quote (or until revised).
- A quotation is not an order. Production starts only after you confirm the PI / PO and we accept it.
MOQ
- Many standard saddle pad styles use a baseline MOQ of 50 (per style / color as stated on the product page or quote).
- Embroidery, leather patches, special materials, or private-label packing may raise the minimum.
- Mixed colors or SKUs can be discussed; confirm the MOQ basis on the quotation before ordering.
Payment
- Typical structure on product pages: 30% deposit, 70% against shipping documents.
- Exact split, currency, and method are confirmed on the PI / PO.
- Official bank details are provided on the Cornovo Saddlery PI after order confirmation—not published for open web copy. Verify details before transfer.
Samples and production reference
- Samples (when used) should be approved in writing before bulk.
- The approved sample plus written specification is the production reference for construction, branding, and packing.
- Changes after approval may affect price, MOQ, and lead time; confirm in writing.
Intellectual property and artwork
- Buyer is responsible for the right to use logos, brand names, artwork, and label copy supplied to us.
- We produce branding to the files and placement you approve.
- We do not clear trademarks for you; resolve IP issues before production.
Shipping and risk
- Default: FOB Tianjin or Shanghai, unless otherwise agreed.
- Buyer arranges freight under FOB unless another term is written into the order.
- Destination duties and import clearance are buyer responsibility under FOB.
Force majeure
If events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disaster, war, epidemic restrictions, major port or logistics disruption, government action) delay or prevent performance, affected timelines may be extended. We will notify you promptly and work on a practical plan. Neither side is liable for delays caused solely by such events, to the extent they cannot be reasonably avoided.
Claims
Report quantity, packing, or quality issues promptly with order reference, photos, and carton marks. Custom / private-label goods are generally non-returnable except for proven quality faults against the approved sample. See our return / defect policy for the claim process.
